Despite this, the overall ambiance and cozy feel of the hotel more than made up for it. Arrowtown’s charm was just a short walk away, which was fantastic for exploring local restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place, appreciating its luxury and unique touches, but would suggest confirming room preferences in advance.

From the moment we got there, we were welcomed with a cheese platter and a bottle of excellent wine. waking up to a breakfast that tasted like it was made just for us was like pure bliss—seriously, they got it right, I mean, three courses! Plus we got tips on where to hike and even gold panning, which was something new for us.

It wasn’t cheap, but you know, you pay for this kind of experience.
